房間很差，衞生也差，床單也不及時換洗，顧客的頭髮都還在！窗外滴水管聲音非常大！半夜把人吵醒。木板樓梯聲音非常大！其他顧客半夜回來上樓一下就被吵醒！服務態度差，早上退房前台沒人，還不給及時退按金！

老闆人特別好，給免費升級了房間，屋子很乾凈，熱水也很快，出門就是公交站，還有小黃車，挺便利的，下次來開封還住這家！
